It's pretty good, but I really think the third chord in the chorus sounds better as Em instead of G. The same thing with the G in the bridge... I think the actual chord is a Em.

The Bridge is good. Chorus is G-D-Em-C

On the chorus, if you make the first chord a Gsus4 (Is that the chord where you add your third finger to the second string 3 fret to add a D?) It gives the chord a fuller sound.
On the bridge turn the G & C into that Gsus4(?) and Csus. It again gives a fuller sound.

I play it in the key of D, where its D A Em G, and it keeps repeating, and the the chorus is D A D A G ,
