Disappear
Jars of Clay

The following chords strummed with a lot of heel on the bridge work nicely
for the rest of the song (for all you rhythm guitarists out there like me).
I concentrate my strum on strings 3-6, but stray to lettig them all ring
esp. on the E. Also, on the intro: at a Jars concert the intro was all
played on the 3rd string (frets 14 13 6 4 18 16). You can spread it out
over more strings, but it sounds less slurry and sustained. Erik,

Check the chord chart below, I'm not using standard opens in most cases.

Verse

A F#m (repeat)

Chorus

E \ D \ B / D / E (repeat)

Bridge

G Bm (repeat)

outro

A E D (repeat)

Play along with the CD to get the order things go in.

A F#m E D B G Bm
0 2 0 0 0 3 2
0 2 0 0 0 3 3
6 2 7 5 4 4 4
7 4 7 5 4 5 4

A few changes... actually the chorus chords change slightly during the quiet acoustic part. The B in the chorus is replaced with an A/D chord. Also on the outro is played A Em D Bm

you mean there is an A chord with D in the bass? its definitely not that... pretty sure the B is right. And all E chords are major.
