This is Derek's song for Rich.  Derek sings.  Cliff sings the bridge 
with Derek joining on harmony.  Danielle adds harmonies and descants.
  
In D on standard-tuned six-string acoustic.  Moderate tempo in 4/4.  
Always hit the bass note on beat one and strum the rest of the measure.
