I always assumed the song was capoed on 2nd fret, but thats just in all of the sources I've seen.
lad3 - 2004-09-03
The D/G in the verse is just a G. thnx.
lad3 - 2004-09-03
also, in the bridge the A is A/C# and the D is a D/F#. thnx again.

Could you add a chord chart so I know the fingerings of em? Thanks a lot.

002200 is Asus2/A2(whichever you know it by), Asus is 000230 or 002230 whichever you think sounds better

personally my favorite way to play this song is capo 2

verse: D Asus Em7 G D Asus G 2x
chorus: D Asus Bm G 2x
bridge: Em7 D G 4x

on the Asus, make sure u have the pinky down, its really easy and it sounds great
ilovguitar272 - 2006-02-03
pretty good tab
stringsoftears - 2006-04-02
J GUillen6, I played that just now and it sounds better than any I have played except for the E7, I just play Em instead and it sounds pretty good. I played the original tab up at the top and it sounded good too. Good job guys.
thexceej - 2006-05-31
I actually prefer to play Em7 like:
e -0
B -3
G -0
D -x
A -2
E -0

Asus can be referring to Asus2 which is 002200, or Asus4 which is 002230. Im pretty sure that its played as an Asus4 in this song, though.
thexceej - 2006-05-31
A/C# is x42220, though its usually hard to keep the high e open, so it usually ends up coming out as x4222x
