Note: I am doing this more or less off the top of my head. I am fairly sure
about most of the chords, some of the lyrics may be a little off though.
I think the guitar is tuned down ½ step (low to high Eb Ab Db Gb Bb eb)
but I'm not sure (I don't own the CD, so I'm trying to do this from memory).

*I'm not sure if they play a Cadd9 or just a regular C; I think this sounds
pretty close though (this applies to all the Cadd9s)

**I'm not sure if these E5 chords are minors or fifths (which are neither
major nor minor; commonly called power chords). I wrote it as a fifth
because I can't hear a third in there, major or minor
