A Sentimental Song - The Choir (**with solo added)
Circle Slide

* Riff 1

Verse:
Am
Children tremble,
D
Flowers fade so sadly.
Am D Ds4 D
Love is strange to understand.
Am
Winter winds blow,
D
Does the truth sting badly?
Am D
Let your tears fall into my hands.
 C G/B
Let your tears fall into my hands.

Chorus:
F Am
Listen closely,
            G
And I will sing for you,
   D/F# F
A sentimental song,
               Am G D/F#
And you will know just how I feel.
F Am
Listen closely,
            G
And I will sing for you,
   D/F# Am
A sentimental song.

**I spent an hour or so tabbing this song out today (knowing that it wasn't on
the archives yet) and what happens? I come to the archives and Shannon Penner beats
me to it! :) This song has been around for awhile so what are the chances someone
would tab it out the very day before I did? Oh well, here is the solo part... ;)

You mentioned vibrato in there so I thought I'd add a bit of guitar trivia. Derri Daugherty used (and still uses, last time we talked) a Korg A3 and/or A2 for most of the guitar effects in the studio and live with the Choir. In fact when I bought my own, I started a website in hopes of getting him to submit some of his patches (no luck so far. hehe). If you're a die-hard Choir guitar player, get an A3 and visit www.korgaseries.org. Aaron
