Use a lot of distortion so the harmonics are loud and clear.
Play it with your pinky finger over fret 7, your middle finger over fret 5,
and your index finger over fret 4, this should allow you to play the riff
as quickly as it is on the CD.

At the end of the solo there, use the slide to slowly slide down from the
19th fret of the B strings gradually down to the 1st fret of the string,
and then let the open B note ring.
