this is possible the most confusing chords ive even seen ... there isnt a Gb ... its an F ??? and so on with all your chords :S

No offense, but this is way off. The song was done (originally) in the key of C#. Here is the correct progression...
C# Bm A# F# (verse & chorus)
F# G# (bridge)
