Your chords have been very helpful, and I have taken note that you do not believe these to be the right chords exactly, but I believe that with some minor corrections, this is perfect.
Here is how I believe it should be to make it sound more like the recording.
Intro: E, B, A, Ab(B#), Gb

As far as the outro thing goes, I really only know that it definitely starts out with E, D, C, then it gets too fast, and I can no longer make out what Tom is playing.
I think these chords are a minor improvement as far as I can tell by listening to the song.
