It is in double drop D tuning, which means that you tune the high & low "E" strings of your guitar down a whole step to the note "D". In this song, Jen constantly plucks the high "d" string, and it somewhat keeps the beat. It would be best for you to try to play this along with the CD to get a feeling of what I mean. It really makes sense if you play along w/ the CD. Also, I'm not quite sure about the very last chord, but it's as close as I could come. One more thing, with some computers, the tab lines aren't going to fit on your page correctly, so I'd suggest that you change the page layout to "Landscape" instead of the default "Portait" so they'll fit on the page.
