X20033 G/B hammer 5th string 0h2
X00230 D9/A

X32010 C
X00232 D
320033 G
X32033 C9

INTRO: C2, G/B, D9/A, G/B, C2, G/B, D9 (x2)

VERSE 1:
          C2 G/B D9 G/B
There's a place in the darkness that I used to cling to
   C2 G/B C2 D9
It presses harsh hope against time
       C2 G/B D9 G/B
In the absence of martyrs there's a presence of thieves
        C2 G/B C2 D9
Who only want to rob you blind
          C2 G/B D9 G/B
They steal away any sense of peace
             C2 G/B C2 D9
Though I'm a king I'm a king on my knees
      C2 G/B D9 Em
And I know they are wrong when they say I am strong
       C D G
As the darkness covers me

BRIDGE:
   D C9 G
So turn on the light and reveal all the glory
D C9 G
I am not afraid
   D C9 G (/F#)
To bare all my weakness knowing in meekness
Em D
I have a kingdom to gain

CHORUS:
               G D C9 D
Where there is peace and love in the light in the light
  G D C9 (/B)(/A)
Oh I am not afraid
            G D C9 D
To let Your light shine bright in my life in my life
  G D C9 (/B)(/A) G D C9
Oh I... am, I...

REPEAT INTRO

VERSE 2:
There are ghosts from my past who've owned more of my soul
Than I thought I had given away
They linger in closets and under my bed
And in pictures less proudly displayed
A great fool in my life I have been
Have squandered till pallid and thin
Hung my head in shame and refused to take blame
For darkness I know I've let win

REPEAT BRIDGE AND CHORUS

TAG: C2, G/B (ends with D9)
Can you hear me?

VERSE 3:
Well I've never been much for the baring of soul
In the presence of any man
I'd rather keep to myself all safe and secure
In the arms of a sinner I am
Could it be that my worth should depend
By the crimson stained grace on a hand
And like a lamp on a hill Lord I pray in Your will
To reveal all of You that I can

REPEAT BRIDGE AND CHORUS

OUTRO:
There's a place in the darkness that I used to cling to
It presses harsh hope against time

Could you tab out the flat picking for me? Thanks!!

The part where you go "G/B C2 D9" really fast like at "hope against time" should go "G/B C2 G6 D9" maybe... I don't know that it's called "G6" but it goes xx0022 and they should all be picked once and rapidly move on to the next one. I don't have such a developed ear as some, but I distinctly heard 4 chords and the progression was familiar.
