I just recently heard this song and have been playing along with the online version at: http://www.thoughts.com/Hollis/blog/find-you-waiting-lyrics-plus-music-78773/

and it is played in the chord of A. I think if you replace your G5 with A, Dsus with E, and C with D, you will hear that it matches the version above.
