This tab is a good bit off. The intro is more like this:

and you do each riff once per sung line, not twice. where's the entire riff from 2:47 - 3:12? I might try to do an entirely more accurate tab of this if I get some time.

I'm not sure if it's perfect but the riff from 2:47-3:12 is something like:
