Artist:Disciple
Album: Scars Remain
Song: Purpose To Melody
                           b=bend
                         ...=palm mute
                          /\=slide
Ok,this song took a while and im still not sure about the Gtr 2 parts behind
the lead in the intro but here it is.
Drop C Tuning

Intro:
Gtr 1
D-----------------------------------------------------------------
A-----------------------------------------------------------------
F------11-11-11-11--------10-10-10-10--------12-12-12-12----------
C-10b\9--9--9--9--9--10b\9--9--9--9--9--10b\9--9--9--9--9---------
G-----------------------------------------------------------------
C-----------------------------------------------------------------
Then:
Gtr 2
D-----------------------------------------------------------------
A-----------------------------------------------------------------
F-----------------------------------------------------------------
C-0-0-0--10-10-10-10--0-0-0--8-8-8-8--0---------------------------
G-0-0-0--10-10-10-10--0-0-0--8-8-8-8--0---------------------------
C-0-0-0--10-10-10-10--0-0-0--8-8-8-8--0---------------------------
  ..... ..... .

Then Gtr 1 repeats its intro and Gtr2 plays this in the backround:

D-----------------------------------------------------------------
A-----------------------------------------------------------------
F-----------------------------------------------------------------
C-4\2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2--3\1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1--4\2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2---------
G-4\2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2--3\1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1--4\2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2---------
C-4\2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2--3\1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1--4\2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2---------

Then Gtr 2 does its first riff again.

Note: In the Gtr 1 intro the bend is very small, less than a semitone.
You bend on 10 slide into 9 and then return the bend before you hit the nine.
Its kinda confusing but if you listen to the song you can probably get it.

G-2--2-22---2-2--0-0-0--- 4x

            ... .....

sorry, i have a small correction
in the end of the chorus instead of:
C-8-8-7-7-7--
G-8-8-7-7-7--
C-8-8-7-7-7--

it should be:
C-9-9-7-7-9-
G-9-9-7-7-9-
C-9-9-7-7-9-

and on the last palm mutes it should be the 2nd fret on the top
3 strings instead of open on the top 3 strings.

Hey, guys i'm dying for someone to comment and rate i want to know
if i got close or if im way far off. Please comment!!!

Dude, I don't know what's up with guitar 1's intro. It doesn't sound right. I tried it, and then listened to the CD. Sorry I had to post a negative comment.

No offence, but very little of this song is right. I don't know if you're playing a harmony or what but a lot of is is definitely not what the song is playing.
