This is quite easy. It took me a while to hang onto it, but its easy after a
while:

B|----12------12-|
G|--14------14---| this is played about 12 times before the chords jump in:
D A F#m E (each chord is played for four beats)
Its that easy!

Or you could just play the whole bar chord 244222, but I think the first one is played more often and, personally, I think it sounds better. Hope that helps :) |
