Hey this is good stuff! However, you didnt put the chords to the chorus in here. The chorus goes something like;

C G D G
C G F G

Thats what I got from the CD, let me know what you think!

Your chords for the chorus are great. However, where you have C G D G it should probably be C G Dm G (the same Dm chord used in the verses) I think it flows better with the progression of the song. Thanks!
