Artist: Flyleaf
Song: Breathe Today
Album: Flyleaf
Tuning: Drop D

"So many lies swarming..." Isnt it true quite often? We suffocate ourselves
instead of turning to God. Really, its "just a breath away". I love the
musical feeling of this song. Its really simple, really cool.

* = Natural Harmonic, Ill put it underneath the tab since they are quite many
    in the verse, though usually you put this symbol right after an harmonic.
x = Scratching
sb = Slow bend
 = Slide down
P.M. or ... = Palm Muted

Here it sounds like the Lead Guitar is going crazy on the 18th fret of the
high E string. This is really soft and really hard to hear without headphones.

Chorus x2 (Skip final chord and slide down)

Chorus

Chorus (Skip final chord and slide down)

Lead guitar plays the solo thingy in the next to final chorus, and in the
final chorus, the Lead Guitar goes crazy on the 18th fret of the high E string
again. Again its super soft. He "drills" the string a lot.

There you go. That should be all of it. You can hear some soft background
noises in the verses and in maybe also in the choruses. It was difficult to
hear, and I dont even know if its guitar, so I didnt try to tab that.
Hope you enjoy this tab, and tell me if you find the slightest detail that I
should change. Please comment and give me some feedback on this. A tabber
always appreciates that :) FLYLEAF ROCKS!!!
God Bless,
Daniel

Make what I said about the 18th fret into the 19th :)

Very nicely done. I was getting ready to submit my tab of this but you beat me to it! :)
Dani_Boy - 2006-09-19
hehe, thanks :)

I really tip my hat to you on figuring out the solo. It's very hard to hear.
Dani_Boy - 2006-09-23
Yeah, it was a bit hard, but I couldn't just leave it out and it's really fun to play, so here you go :) I could really take some tips for "Last Words" by TFK though. The verse riffs are really hard to hear and it's all I've got left.
