Thousand Foot Krutch
Art Of Breaking
tabbed by Justin

LOL, well here goes nothin...this might just turn out to be the worst tab
ever, but at least im trying. im just gunna keep on correcting myself bcz i
wont drink another mountain dew b4 this solo is tabed perfectly, by me or by
anyone else. neone who has an idea or knows it, help me out please?

this is what i have so far.

it is full of random wah (which makes it all the more difficult to hear and
play)

~im starting at 2:55~
e--14b15-14b15-14b15~--------------------------
b---------------------1515b16~16b15~15b16-15~--
g--o
d--o
a--o
d--o

and this is the part where its hardest to hear...
   "rbs,pc"means(return bend slowly plucking continuously)
e----------------------------------------------------13b^15rbs,pc--o
b------------------------------------------------------------------o
g--14p12--14p12--14p12---12h14p1212h14p12--14p12-------------------o
d-------14-----14-----14-----------------14-----14-----------------o
a------------------------------------------------------------------o
d------------------------------------------------------------------o

My printer is out of ink, so I'll let you know how good it is when I get ink. I can't wait to try this.
tl_guitarnut - 2006-07-17
after my tab of this I'm willing to try anything out :)
ice_wiz - 2006-07-18
Okay, I tryed it out, and it's really hard to tell how good it is. Especially the fact that I'm not that good at soloing. I can't rate it yet until I get have it down pat, and play along to the song with it. But from playing it just now it sounds pretty good. Thank you for submitting the Stranger solo!
Dani_Boy - 2006-07-18
Cool, I'll check this out. I don't know how soon that will be though, because soon I'm going on a one weeks vacation with my family. I liked the thing about the mountain dew lol :)

I will post my version of this solo I think it's a little better but you guy can rate it-PMT
ice_wiz - 2006-07-21
Okay, I rated it a four. I think it is really good, but it's not quite where it needs to be to be a five.
tl_guitarnut - 2006-07-24
I'm giving it a four as well, really good tab, just not quite perfect.
|)rink)v(tn|)ew - 2006-08-03
most yes, not perfect. bhut somebody had to get this tab going...

the solo is almost all wah and maybe some delay...the fast part is really tough...im gunna ask Adamk if he will help me out on this one
ice_wiz - 2006-08-04
Delay? I never thought of that, I'll add that.
Te eF Kay - 2006-08-04
I havent got any pedals YET so it doesnt sound as good when I play it!(notice i said yet)
|)rink)v(tn|)ew - 2006-08-06
yeah not like really fast...but kinna longer delay(try timing the delay "ontempo") i think it might make it sound a bit better, i haven't tried yet
Te eF Kay - 2006-08-17
Ill try this so I can help you get back to your mountain dew!lol!
ice_wiz - 2006-08-18
I can't really time it with the tempo because it's a knob on my amp. I'll just put the delay on the faster side and hope it sounds good.
Te eF Kay - 2006-08-21
what kind of amp do u have?
ice_wiz - 2006-09-15
Line 6 Spider II
Te eF Kay - 2006-10-18
um...sound's cool!hehe.
I have a lil' Peavy rage and an Ibanez guitar!
|)rink)v(tn|)ew - 2006-10-19
Does anybody have a Ibanez Weeping Demon? I have one and like it but i don't know if i want to get another one with more uh...differant wah. The weeping Demon is more of a Metal Pedal. I've got a 35w Fender amp and a Fender Squier w/ a Boss Metal Zone Dist. pedal. And Monster Cable is the way to go! And i Never use anything else but Dunlop Gators.

uh....FYI
Te eF Kay - 2006-11-07
I use a Digitech RP200A Artist!
