I must say, really good tab! I give it a 4, because it's really good, but it's got a number of detail mistakes.

The palm muted D5 chords in the verse go like faster than the normal tab will allow. So if I tab it out in HALF THE SPEED it would go like this:

So the 7 fretted chords are played the same speed as you say, but three times. In the pre-chorus I think they use only one string. It's not full chords anyway.

no i know what part you mean, but that just sounds like an illusion from the drum beat. Please trust me on this. I got my teacher to help me with this one.

Really? I've got to listen to it again, maybe you're right. But it's pretty easy to play it that fast. If it's drums then he would have double bass pedals, I don't think Blindside has that, but I don't know. I'll have to check it again :)

Hm, you could be right. It's not double bass pedals, it's a fast beat with the high, mid and low drums. I've gotta give this a long thinkover, it puzzles me a bit

It does sound like a fast palm muted distortion thing along with the drums though, I can't get the sound out of my head. It's also a very common playing style to do this "double speed palm mute thing". You can hear it in lots of songs, but because of you saying that about the drums, I'm unsure. I just know that the technique works very well together with fast drum beats or double bass pedals. In this case it's a fast drum beat, not pedals. It just seems to fit in better with the double speed technique I think, but I guess you can play it whatever way you want.

In verse 1 they do the fast palm muting, in verse 2 they also play it like that, but with scratching. In the second half of the chorus they also use that technique, with scratching. I do think it is this way, at least I'm sure about the scratching.
