Rescue Is Coming
David Crowder*Band
A Collision

Key: B

This is how Crowder plays it:

TUNING: DGCFAd (relax, it's just one whole step down on each string)

Capo I (I suppose you could also tune the entire guitar down one half step
instead of two, but again, this is how Crowder does it. He is a genius.)

B: x32010 (looks a lot like C in Standard, doesn't it?)
Ebm: 022000
E: 133211
Gb: 3x0033

Verse I: (2x)
E B
---- ----
E B Gb
---- -- --
E B
---- ----
E B Gb
---- -- --

Prechorus I:
Am Gb Ebm
-- -- ----
Am Gb Ebm
-- -- ----
Am Gb Ebm
-- -- ---- ---- --

Chorus I:
B Gb Ebm E
-- -- -- --
B Gb E
-- -- ----
B Gb Ebm E
-- -- -- --
B Gb E
-- -- ---- ----

Verse II:
E B
---- ----
E B Gb
---- -- --
E B
---- ----
E B Gb
---- -- --

Prechorus II:
Am Gb Ebm
-- -- ----
Am Gb Ebm
-- -- ----
Am Gb Ebm
-- -- ---- --

Chorus II:
B Gb Ebm E
-- -- -- --
B Gb E
-- -- ----
B Gb Ebm E
-- -- -- --
B Gb E
-- -- ----

Bridge: (repeat through end)
B Gb E
-- -- ----

If you are too lazy to tune the guitar down, have no fear: here's what you
should do:
 Standard Tuning, no capo:
  B: x24442
  Ebm: x68876
  E: 022100
  Gb: 244322
 Capo II (Key: A)
  B: x02220
  Ebm: x46654
  E: xx0232
  Gb: 022100
 Capo IV (Key: G)
  B: 320033
  Ebm: x24432
  E: x32010
  Gb: xx0232

Well that's about it. I highly recommend tuning down, but do whatever you
want. This is a really cool song, great to worship with. If you have any
comments/questions please leave a message at the bottome of this page. All
corrections are welcome. Have fun with this.
Unum cor et anima una,
-Ben.

fwiw, the two times I've seen them live, the Crowder guys only tuned down 1/2 step...

Crowder tunes down to DGCFAd. Watch the video to "Here Is Our King" (played in Bb but capo V, not III) and "Everything Glorious" (capo III in Db).

its really not necessary to tune it a whole step down. if you look at the tabs on his website it always says he tunes a half step down. but anyway i love this song. great chorus.

Necessary, no, but I only said it's what he does.
