C# tuning is C tuning but half a step up. Also, Db tuning is the same as C# so C# tuning is one half step higher than C tuning and one half step lower than D tuning.

On verse 2 it comes in directly after the chorus the same as the 2nd half of verse 1 then it's

Then on the solo I believe U B the Band is correct on the notes they are just up an octave so it would be:
