C#-G#-C#-F#-A#-D#
take the E string and start turning the tuner for it to the right (or, if you don't have your strings on right, whichever way makes it lower). Go to D#, then D, then C#.
on the rest of the strings do the same thing but only go one note lower.
yay! you've successfully tuned your guitar to C#!!!
