I realized that this song needed a spot on christianguitar.org when I saw
that it was on others, like 911tabs.com. So here it is, sans lyrics, with
some corrections of mine. I got the chords from one of the tabs 
floating around out there, so I take no credit for figuring out the 
chords, only for figuring out the variations used in the intro.

My brilliant discovery:
For the intro and in various places in the song, one guitar plays the chords
like this:
D  (x-x-12-11-10-10)
C  (x-x-10-9-8-8)
G  (x-x-9-7-8-7) play this like a regular D, with your pinky on the d-string
  on the ninth fret.
For the E, play this (x-x-9-9-9-7).
For a more accurate sound, start with a slide down to the D.

The rest of the guitars probably play regular barre chords.
