I can understand goofy songs, i think relient k is awesome, but they know how to get serious and worship! But when every song is about a girl or something else stupid it gets redundant and makes you question their motives. In this song he says "my dad is SCREWED up" how are these lyrics gloryifying to christ? I thought the name of this web site was www.CHRISTIANguitar.org!!!!!!!!!!! I think that these guys should be removed from the web site. Anyone can slap a christian label on it and call it good, but when you're saying "screwed up" in a christian song that is ridiculus!!!!!!!! These guys are a discrace to the web site and christian

| HuntingtonsROCK - 2005-08-09 | How can you not stand The Huntingtons?!?!?!They are an awesome band and i agree that Relient K is an awesome band too, but they never play 'worship' songs at any of their concerts. And they've gone secular. Does that make them a bad band? Ooo, wow! huntingtons said 'screwed up' in a song! SO WHAT!!

So what if their songs are about life and girls, is it wrong have fun? This song is based on the movie "Back to the Future." When When he says his "dad's a chump," he is just summarizing what the movie is about. Chill out. |
