PRAYIN?, SOWIN?, REAPIN?
(Layton Howerton)
© copyright 1998 Careers-BMG MusicPublishing, Inc. / BMI
[ A couple of notes:
F(aug4) is not the same as F+ (= F augmented), this is a regular F chord
I with the augmented 4 (B in this case) added. Actually he hammers it
up to a C for a regular F a couple of times (listen to the recording).
Same with C(maj7). Putting the maj7 in parens is my backwards way of
indicating that the maj7 is coming in and out.
F2 means F-A-C-G (not, as some TABers use it, F-G-C).
{simile} means 'in a like manner' and indicates that the chords to the
second verse are the same as the first.
I apologize in advance for all errors. Feel free to write
and fry me privately (humm@ccat.sas.upenn.edu). ]
