Well, youve got every C# chord a whole octave too low. This song is only tuned a half step down.. It isnt dropped. Id have to give this a 4..

It's not in drop C#, But if you play these in Eb tunning, it sounds like the real thing. I'd give it four and a half if i could do halfs...
