Hey folks, I've been playing this song for a while and have come up with this
arrangement. Before the rocks start flying, I know that this isn't "how they
play it on the cd," but I think it works very well for just a solo acoustic
guitar. I've included the chord forms that I use at the bottom. I'm not sure on
the names of the chords in parenthesis, so if anybody could help on that, that'd
be awesome.

When I play it I usually pick the chords on the first verse and pre-chorus, then
strum on the chorus and (lightly) on the second verse.

Verse:
G Dsus/F# Em7 D(I play D2-hammer on to-D) C (D) (C)

G Dsus/F# Em7 D C (D) (C)

Pre-chorus:
(C) G/B Am7 D/F#

(C) G/B (C) Dsus-D

Chorus:
G Dsus/F# Em7 D C (D) (C) D/F# G

G Dsus/F# Em7 D C (D) (C)

End of first chorus pick this line...
G Dsus/F# Em7 D C (D) (C)

...end of second chorus, strum above chords (dynamically iu's the climax), then
go to pre-chorus. After that I usually do the chorus again, only I strum each
chord only once up until the lines "...still you here me when I'm calling,"
where I pick it like I do the first verse.

Hopefully later I'll actually tab this out so it'll be easier to follow.

Peace!
