I love this song, I figgured this out a while ago, and im not sure if
its totally correct, but I think it sounds really close, and its different
from other tabs

Im pretty sure this works well on Capo 2

I cant find some names for some of the chords - comment them if u know em

Thats about it, a little advice though
On the verse, lay your pick sideways and kinda pat and strum the guitar
Try just to hit the EAD on first two chords and ADG on second two chords
On bridge, keep strumming, but lift your fingers on the 2 and 4,
press on 1 and 3
This is my first tab, and like I said, its not perfect, but it does make it
very easy to play this song with an accustic!

Pretty close however the second to chords are a little off. This song is tabbed in the key using the four chords D/F#, G, Bm, and A. In order to capture the Bm in this version, you need to hit the B on the 3rd chord and the A on the fourth.

I have actually found (using live film footage) that the 4 chords are a strange contrived version of what is listed above (in infamous Thomas Daugherty fashion). The basic chord is as follows:

x (or 2 as a "bar" with the first finger throughout the seq.)
3 (with third finger)
2 (with first finger)
0
0
2 (with second finger)

The 4th finger (pinky) is then placed on the third fret as follows:

3 (with third finger)
2 (with first finger)
0
0
3 (with fourth--pinky--finger)

Next the second finger moves up to the A string:

3 (with third finger)
2 (with first finger)
0
2 (with second finger)
0

Finally, the second finger is taken off leaving the E7 chord:

2 (with first finger)

0

It'll give your fingers a workout but it'll sound SO much better.
