| redheadednerd - 2006-05-08 | ok, but there's an easier way to play this.
Verse:
E2/G# A2 Bsus (3x)
A2
then A2/F# into Chorus:
E5 E/D#
A2/F# Bsus
A2 E2/G#
Bsus A2 (2x)
then the instumental is just the verse played again.
chords are (from top string to bottom)
E2/G# 4x4400
A2 002200
Bsus 024400
A2/F# 2x2200
E5 079900
E/D# x69900
Have fun, and God bless. |
| redheadednerd - 2006-05-08 | | oops...Bsus is x24400, subtle but necessary... |
| BannerMan - 2006-05-09 | The fingering for an F#m7s is the same as an A2/F# (note for note they are the same chord) but in the context of this song the correct call out for the chord would be an F#m7s.
Similarly, in context the correct callout for E/D# as you are fingering it would be a Bs-5/D#. I like the sound of the 5 though in the chord.
The E5 is a nice touch in this song and sounds really good plus it's an easier chord to play on guitar. I'm going to start using that here. Thx for the suggestion :) |
