artist: Side Walk Slam
song: "Time Will Pass You By"
album: And We Drive...
first chord is something like this:
e-------
b---3---
g-------
d---3---
a---2---
e---3---
then you play:
e--------------------------------------
b--------------------------------------
g---7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7--5-5-5-5-5-5-------
d---7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7--5-5-5-5-5-5-------
a---5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5--3-3-3-3-3-3p2p0---
e--------------------------------------
the verse is just power chords: d-b-a-g-a
the chorus is again, just power chords: g-d-a-b
then it's the verse again
and then the chorus again
the solo is really easy:
e---------0-2---------0-2---0-----
b---3-3-3-----3-3-3-3-----3---2-3- X2
g---------------------------------
d---------------------------------
a---------------------------------
e---------------------------------
and you just play the verse chords during that for all you rhythm guitarists
going into the bass and drums "bridge" you just play power chords: g and a
and you mute those a couple times while you're playing that
and the bass plays:
g-------------------------
d-------------------------
a-------5-----------------
e---3-3---5-5-5-5/7-7-7---
and that's exactly what he plays on the chorus
the guitar comes in with the same chords as the chorus and the same rhythm as
the bass
until near the end when the rhythm changes for both of them to:
g---------------------------
d---------------------------
a---------5-----------------
e---3-3-3---5-5-5-5/7-7-7---
and they end on a b chord
