| shongsta - 2005-11-22 | | Yes very true...but you have to capo 2 and just play 032010 and slide that over 2 frets to the right. |

| wowbertmz024 - 2006-07-24 | | Can someone re-do this tab without having to use a capo.I hate using capos.Thanks!!!! |
| fearlessandfree - 2006-08-04 | | I know I will sound stupid, but I am new to this notation. I know how to read basic chords and some tab, but this stuff looks like another languge that d and e chord look physically impossible as far as I can tell x54235 that looks like a backwards bar chord, but mabey I just don't understand how to read it. and I don't know how to read this stuff with the slash marks E-3/5\3--- What does that mean? I really want to learn but so far I can only read notes and the chords over the words. Thanks - Fearless |
| fearlessandfree - 2006-08-04 | I figured out the notation about a minute after I posted , and I do feel stupid but I still don't get those chords

| kolincanuck - 2007-06-05 | | Fearlessand Free, I also do not like using the capo sometimes. I tried to play this song for the first time today, while listening to the cd. I found that the fingering is simple when you play on the 3 rd string, up at the6th and 7th frets, basically a power chord, but you can get the high suspend notes by playing the 1st string on the 5th and seventh frets. The harmony sounds really good, like it does on the cd. You can do the hammer-on with out the suspend, or with, it sounds good both ways. I am still trying to get the strum pattern..almost have it, but it seems there is a rest somewhere in it, that keeps throwing me off a stroke..keep trying, this is one of their best songs, I think. |
