Together written py Phil Joel.
2000 InPop Records.
Intro:---------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------
---4-6-4-------4-6-4---------7-9-7---7-6----6-7-9-6-7-9--
---------------------------7-------7---------------------
-0---------0H2---------2-5-------------------------------
That is one way to play it, for me personally I like to play it like this:
E 0-----------0-0-2---------------2--------------------------------------
A------------------------------------ 0------------------------------------
D ---4---4-----------4----4------------2---------2-----------------------
G-------1---------------1----------------- 2--4------1-----1-2-4-1-2-4-
B---------------------------------------------------------------------------
E---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I Like to play it like this because well I have really big hands, so it's
pretty easy to play, and it keeps the lower notes sustained, unlike in the other
one. But it's really up to you, and which one you think sounds better.
Play that through the verse, or the chords are: E F#m (or just F#5) A.
CHORUS: E A
BRIDGE: C#M A E(BARRED) Eb5 ( don't ask me how, but it sounds good!!!!)
C#m A E ( I'M PRETTY SURE ABOUT THAT)
Just to note at the end of the chorus where Phil is singing : " and I know we'll
always be strong, cuz together we belong" or something like that. it's: C#m B.
then you go back into the verse riff.
