Song:I Believe
Artist:Third Day
Words by Mac Powell
Music by Third day

This is an awsome song to play because it includes mostly chords, so it's easy
, but there are cool hammer ons and what not so it sounds sweet.I'm just going
to put some of this stuff into little "riffs" if you will. I only play this
on my acoustic so it sounds a touch different than the cd but it sounds fresh
on it's own. I might be hard to understand without the lyrics so bear with me.
Capo 2nd fret

Intro:(riff1) x4 (4th time skip ending and play G D)
e---------------|-----------
b---------------|----3-----
g---------------|-----0h2--0
d----2------2-0-|-----------
a-0h2----0h2----|-----------
e-----0-0-------|--3--------

Play riff1 twice for first quarter of verse one then play these as chords for
second. I don't know if they have names or not.
e--------- e---------- (don't strum e and b)
b--3------ b----------
g--------- g------0---
d----4---- d------4---
a------5-- a------4---
e------5-- e--2-------
  (riff2) (riff3)
Play riff1 twice for third quarter then for end of first verse play these
as chords
e--------
b--------
g-----0-- then Riff3
d-----5--
a-----5--
e--3-----

Chorus:
G D Am C
G D Am C D
G D Am
C B7

Second verse is played the same as the first so i won't show it again.
After second chorus there is a bridge.

Bridge1:
G D Am C
G D Am C
G D Am C
G D Am
Riff1 x2 (second ending G D)

Chorus2:
G D Am C
G D Am C D
G D Am
G D Am C
G D Am C D
G D Am
C B7

Bridge2:
Em Am C B7x4

That's it, hope it wasn't to confusing but it sounds totally swank when I play
it,

I think the intro goes like this:

pm- x3
e|-------------------|
B|----------0--------|
G|----------0--0-0h2-|
D|----------2--0-0---|
A|------0h2-2--------|
E|-0-0---------------|

pm=palm mute

then the chords: G D

The first two notes are palm muted, and you do that intro riff three times.
