Hi! Love the song and the tab, and thanks to thecatzeyez for the chord fingering, but an easier way to get to the chord is to play it

e 3
A 0
D 2
G 0
B 0
E X

so you can just slide your ring finger down from a normal "D". This chord has a slightly more minor sound than the one you posted, though.

Enjoy!

Ooops! That was in standard tuning, my bad! Sorry for the mix-up!

the D2 on standard tuning leaves off the high e string to sound open leaving everything else the same.

Actually, D2 is only an abbreviation. the actual name is Dsus (sus means suspended) To suspend a note i a chord you must first know what notes make up the specific chord. D for example is made up of the notes D, F#, and A. To make that chord into a Dsus, you add the 2nd note in the D scale, which is E. So the chord Dsus is made using the notes D, A, and E which replaces the F# on the 2nd fret of the 1st string (the High E string). So the tab for this chord would be:

Position 1:
e]0
b]3
g]2
d]0
a]x
E]x

x muted

Position 2:
e]5
b]5
g]7
d]7
a]5
E]x

Hope this helps. Also I wasn't trying to sound like a know-it-all. I am just really technical about music. Keep rockin' out for Jesus
