The Verse is wrong it goes G,Bm,C,D and on Here Where I Stand.... it goes Em,Bm,C,D

the first three lines of the bridge r the same C,D,Em then the last one is different. i think its right

Actually I have to totally agree with Brockleeman on this one - it's chord for chord. Having a Bm in the chorus adds an F# that just doesn't sound right. The bridge is also spot on - it alternates between a G and an Em. Also note the bass runs (it should be D/F# rather than F#/D, but I think that's just a typo)
