Just a few things one: All the other chord charts say that this is played in "A" you have it written in "G." I don't know this song so you might be right! Also, the second way you say to play "D" is actually D/F#. There's nothing wrong with it that's what it's called

I also found this to be in the key of A...I do also use the capo on the 2nd fret with the cords you have listed.

yeah it should work on a keyboard or piano if you know these chords on the piano and know them in the key of F... hope that helps, Be Blessed.
