You're VERY close. The trick is, David Crowder tunes his guitar 1/2 step down. So, your chords are exactly 1/2 step off. I played this song over-and-over again for almost 40 minutes and I believe these chords you show are 1/2 step too high. So, try these chords:
D#-F-F#-G#

I tuned my guitar to drop-D (D-A-D-G-B-e) and played these chords:
D#5 - 111XXX
F5 - 333XXX
F#5 - 444XXX
G#5 - 666XXX

Playing these chords, while listening to the song very loud, I felt the ring and vibration of the chords from my guitar matching that of this song being played. Please try these chords and tell me what you think. Thank you VERY much for the tab.
