Intro:

Verse 1:

E C#m B A

pre-Chorus:
B A

Chorus:

E B C#m A

Verse 2:

E C#m B A

then go to the chorus, without the prechorus.

That's all folks. I know the intro is right, because one of the David Crowder
guitarists e-mailed me and gave me the tab. Thanks for looking, and God Bless!

this is almost right you need it to be on CAPO 2 the verse is E,C#m7,E/B,A2
the pre chorus is B, A/C#, B/D# the chorus is E, B, C#m7, A2 the bridge is Bsus, A2
Mr. Switchfoot - 2004-12-10
i think its easier like this

verse
G C Em D

chorus
G Em D C

but thats just me
rcman - 2005-01-11

brian6string - 2005-02-08
the intro (without a capo) is:

---------------------------------------------------
-2--2--2-2-2---------------------------------------
-----------3-4---3--4-3-4--------------------------
-------------4---4--4-4-4--------------------------
---------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------

sorry i wrote the wrong chords before it should be like this:

verse:
G Em D C

Pre-Chorus:
G Em

Chorus:

G D Em C

thats exactly how they play it i know because i just saw them play last weekend at ski invasion
jamforchrist123 - 2005-02-20
Yeah. It Has To Be The G Chord Progression Because The E One Is The Wring Key.

I Mean The WRONG Key
mike31 - 2005-03-12
Playing the song in the key of G is a way that you can play it, however the way david plays it on the CD is CAPO 2 in the key of E which is really the key of F#
eugweb1 - 2005-04-14
actually... play it in the G figures... but what i've come to learn over my years of associating with Mr. Crowder... is that his standard tuned guitar... the Natural finish crowdster.... is that on his guitar... the EADGBE... is all tuned half a step down to a EbAbDbGbBbEb..... it actually sounds about on call... and then the intro is in the F#... at least that's how it sounds like... but i don't know how Parker does it though... and i really don't know how solley accents parker's playing as well...
Tylerman - 2005-07-02
I agree with mr switchfoot except im pretty sure that the pre-chorus is D and C instead of G and Em
JTguitar1722 - 2005-07-24
Tylerman is right on this one... The Pre Chorus is definately d and then c.
everglo - 2005-08-14
