Let notes ring

Chorus... is the same as the intro except you play all the notes choppy. 

After the chorus play the second part of the intro were none of its choppy 
and guitar 2 plays the second part of it's intro

repeat verse and chorus

bridge...

the same as the second part of the chorus, but on the second part of the
bridge play Bm F# D

That’s pretty much it, go back to the chorus and end with the intro

dude I just listened to the cd and I found all the chord and you are 100% right these are the same chords that heard great job dude.

Just a curteous side note: but for those who are just begining, and you want to play the FULL Chord, make that "B" a "Bm" that way you have a D natural in it.
