In verse one, the first part should go: G5/A5/B5 x3 and then G5/A5/D Maj. As for the bridge, I believe it goes like: C Maj./B Min.7/Bb Maj. The B minor 7 sounds right to my ears, but you could use a plain B minor as well.

Wouln't those 5th chords be easier in Drop D? Tune your guitar to DADGBe, then use the top 3 strings! Open is D, so just move up half-steps till you get it! Enjoy!
