Actually The Song Is All Power Chords!!!
The way you show isnt how Third Day plays it but its pretty good.

This is the beging. It also shows up during the song.

------------------------------------------------------
-----7------------------------------------------------
--8--8------------------------------------------------
--6--9--9--11-----------------------------------------
--------7--8------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------

The strum pattern is Down Down, Up Down Down, Up Down Down, Up Down Down

The chourus goes

------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------
-----4-------------4----------------------------------
--2--2--4--6----2--2--4--4----------------------------
--0-----2--4----0-----2--2----------------------------

The strum pattern for this part you have to figure out on your own

During the verse there is a ulternate picking pattern. Its played pretty fast.

Hey guys (and girls) the chord progression (I'm not sure why) is wrong. I actually used this tab (and it sounds good) but later went and bought the book by Hal-Leonard. The chord progression that they give is:
A5, C, F5, D/F# and repeat (it's the intro)
Verse would be:
Am, Am/G, D7
Am, C, D7
And the chorus:
F, C, G, Am
F, C, G
And not to spoil y'alls fun I'm gonna leave you there!(Actually I'm just in a hurry!)
