The modified D-chords that you are writing Bb/D, A/D etc. should actually be the other way: D/A, D/B, etc - and you see that with the more familiar example D/F# which you do write correctly.

Also I think some of the chord fingerings themselves are inaccurate. I saw Crowder play this in concert, and it didn't look like this.

The other version here has the intro correctly, this one is a step too high. This one has the chords right, the other one doesn't. Good work on that part. I wish someone would do the instrumental outro thing.
