You Know Where To Find Me
Matthew West

*************
This is a rough approximation of the song.. it's not ALL correct; the minor
chords really got me when I tabbed it, but it's good to sing and perform.
PM me for the full tabs (username Honor). This song was horribly tabbed
earlier in the wrong key, so I thought I'd take a stab at it. It is now
in the right key.. I included only the words with chord changes above them.
Just listen to the song and you'll see how I tabbed it. I love this song by
Matthew West.. I've tried to write songs with the same sentiments, but he's
got the nail on the head here! -Honor

Good job is actually in the right key!

Yeah! That's what I'm talking about!
mattnj - 2004-06-06
This tab is almost right. In the verses, use Bb instead of F.
The Pre-chorus goes [F / / /][G / / /][Am / G /][F / / /][Am / G /][F / / /]
The end of the chorus ("Right by your side...") goes Am G Em F as does the bridge. Each chord in the end of the chorus and in the bridge is held for one full measure.

You Know Where to Find Me
Matthew West
Intro: C G Am F

Chorus:
C G
I saw your sky fall down today
Am
Suddenly turn from blue to gray
F
Till one by one the raindrops
C
Turned to tears upon your face
C G
Wish there was something I could do
Am
Wish I could ease this pain for you
F
But I’ve never felt so helpless

Pre-Chorus:
F
It’s like you’re drowning right in front of me
G
And I’m reaching out but you can’t see
Am G F
There’s something holding on to you so tight
Am G F
So I guess this is all I’ll say to you tonight

Chorus:
C
If you ever need me
G
You know where to find me
Am F
I will be waiting where I’ve always been
C
If you ever need me
G
You know where to find me
Am Am F
I have never left you; I’m where I’ve always been
Am G
Right by your side
Em F
Right by your side

Verse2:
C G
So if the whole wide world is on your back
Am
If the strength you need is the strength you lack
F
If you’re in a crowd but all alone
C
If you can’t stay here but you can’t go home
G
If you can’t answer all the “why's”
Am
‘Cause you’re too tired to reach that high
F
I want you to remember
Repeat Chorus

Bridge:
C G
So if the whole wide world is on your back
Am
If the strength you need is the strength you lack
F
If you’re in a crowd but all alone
C
If you can’t stay here but you can’t go home
G
If you can’t answer all the “why's”

All You guys who did the whole song as comments: I thought it would be a good idea to set up your versions as seperate tabs. Or someone else can do it for you.
NotAlOne19 - 2006-07-22
Yeah, I agree with theophilus502 that posting the whole song as a comment is pretty rude i mean at least show him respect for trying... Great Tab
