Hey! What's up? I was doing a little editing to your tab. It was a bit off. It should be:

Intro and Verse: Dm Am

Pre- Chorus: Am Bb Dm

Chorus: Dm Bb F Bb Dm

Thanks!! God bless!!

Uh, how long have you been playing guitar? Cause I'm pretty sure this is correct.

Umm, I just started playing the guitar, so I don't know much yet. But, on the official Disciple message boards, http://forum.disciplerocks.com, Brad Noah (the guitarist) has tabbed out some of Disciple's songs, and he put it down as

intro- em em c em c
verse- em em c em c repeat
bridge- c d em c d b c d em c
chorus- em c g c em c g c
solo- c em c em

So that should be the most accurate.

Concerning the last post, that seems the most accurate. I have the Disciple Live at home and on the road dvd, and they had a raw version of the "One More Time" video, and during some shots of Brad, I know I saw him hit a G.

Here's my 2 cents' worth. I'm sure this isn't perfect, but if you wanted to just noodle though this song and sing it as a worship song, sitting in the park... it can work. In this example I'm using a drop D, but you don't have to. I also did NOT account for any lead or solo work. It's just the straight chords. This is my first post, so here goes.... God bless. Play for Him and Him only!!

Verse 1
Dm D(add 9) Dm
Another night I sit alone
Dm D(add 9) Dm
Another night my heart is so heavy
Dm D(add 9)
I can't believe that it's
Bb(add9)
Beating on it's own

Dm D(add 9) Dm
I know you tell me to be glad
Dm D(add 9) Dm
When trials come to me but instead
Dm D(add 9)
I always question if you
Bb(add9)
Love me at all

Bridge 1
Bb(add9) C Am7 Bb(add9)
But I know you Know me Je---sus
Bb(add9) C Am7 Bb(add9)
I know you hear me when I cry
Bb(add9) C Am7 Bb(add9)
I need ---you to come in--side

Chorus
Bb(add9) Dm
And I will praise
Dm Bb(add9)
Give you thanks
Bb(add9) F
You have lifted me to carry me
Bb(add9)
One more time

Bb(add9) Dm
And I will praise
Dm Bb(add9)
Give you thanks
Bb(add9) F
You have lifted me to to make me see
Bb(add9) C Dm
My life is in your hands

verse 2
Dm D(add 9) Dm
Seems like the ones I love the most
Dm D(add 9) Dm
When I am needing their affection
Dm D(add 9)
They're never there and I'm
Bb(add9)
Left all alone

Dm D(add 9) Dm
I know you tell me to be glad
Dm D(add 9) Dm
When trials come to me but instead
Dm D(add 9)
I always question if you
Bb(add9)
Love me at all

Bridge 1

Bb(add9) C Am7 Bb(add9)

WELL!!! Looks like it stripped out the extra spaces between the chords... now the chords don't match the vocals. :-(( WAHHH!!!

Anyway, I have it in a text file if you are interested. Just email me! mailto:DinkyReverse@yahoo.com

Rock on.
DinkyReverse - 2005-06-20
I think I have it a bit more correct this time. The periods replace the blank spaces. So.... the chords better line up with the words where they are supposed to be. Give it a try.

I'm pretty sure the one from the Disciple forums is right. Considering the dude who tabbed this probably can just call the guitarist and ask him is it's correct, I'd say we go with the reliable source. But hey, what do I know? ;)
alien - 2005-09-07
the version off of the website is correct. all you have to do is tune a whole step down -- D G C F A D
