ummm...i hate to be the bearer of bad news...but the tabs are kinda wrong...you got the right idea, but the whole thing is in C#m...as follows...

Verses:
C#m D/C#m A(open)

Chorus:
A*dir/D C#(open) A

And so on...

Not to be mean...but i played the song with the cd...so, i believe i've gotten this right...as far as the lead stuff...i'm not that good! you're on your own from there.
