great tab, just before the slide in the intro, i think he hammers the 3rd(g) string from the bottom from 0h2, instead of the hammer you have as 2h3 on the 2nd(b) string, it matches the slide you have as well sliding from an A to a B, just as you hammer from an A to a B as described above. excellent tab

This is just the basic jist... Shane varies around in every version and every live recording. So try things out. add a major2 or minor2 here and there.. see if it sounds good

You guys are making it too hard. Try this and see if it doesnt help you. Take two capos, put one on the second fret. Now take the other one and turn it around and place it on the fourth, the back should cover only your A, D, and G, while your other strings are left open. If it interferes with any of the strings, cut the plastic just a little bit. Shane plays a lot of songs like this, and actually showed this to me during a camp one year. It conceptually is a partial capo with out buying one specifically for that purpose. You'll find the chords if you feel around and notice the changes are a lot smoother.
