Title: In You
Album: Look
Artist: MercyMe
I couldn't find this song, or really many other songs by MercyMe, on this
site so I just decided to learn it by ear. I don't think anybody could
really fight me on the accuracy of these chords because its mainly piano
and violin but I'm pretty sure this is how an unplugged version would sound.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This song is really easy and sounds great if you just bar the third fret of
the top two strings (e & b) then just move your index and middle fingers.
I think this leaves room for a little picking if you're advanced enough and
like that sort of thing. A beautiful inspirational song that would be great
for your worship services.

| J Walker - 2004-07-20 | Well this is a great song with a great and powerful meaning. Most of the chords are correct.
The only corrections I have is that: the first "D" in the verses is a "Dm".
the first "C" in the verses is an "F".
Great Song!

| Bethwerner - 2005-01-12 | | I agree! The end of the versus should be Dsus D, and the Em in the chorus is really a G/B (for the bass!). Otherwise, it's great! |
| J-Man123 - 2005-01-26 | | The D in the La La La's is actually a Dm |
| philliptune - 2005-03-08 | You guys are right.. For simplicity I just kept my pinky and ring finger on the third fret of the b and e strings. But Dm does sound alot better. And to Bethwerner's comment, I would actually play a D-Dsus to set up for the G instead of Dsus-D but in any event I forgot to write that down. In the chord key, I wrote Dsus and just called it "D". Here are the chords Dm and the real D:
Dm D

| jamesbong - 2006-04-23 | | Good job with the chords man keep up the good work. Just wanted to add though that you put a Capo on the 2nd fret if you want to play with the recording. God Bless. |
