Here's the Solo-

G[-99999--11/11/11/11/11--12/12/12/12/12--14/14/14/14/14---]
D[---------------------------------------------------------] x2

Then
G[-16-16b--14--11-12-14-----------]
D[-----------------------9b--7b---]

I'm pretty sure that Jeremy Camp uses a C, not a "C2" and I'm also pretty sure he is using a normal G. A "G2" would have an A in it.

Yeah... But if you hold down the high e and b strings constantly on the second fret, That has an A as a common tone... So...

Em 022022
D played Dsus
C2 x32022
G2 320022

The 22 @ the end keeps a common tone but also has the A

Actually on the second fret on the e and b strings the notes are F# and C#, there's no A. Also, you wouldn't hold the second fret on any of those chords. You'd hold the 3rd fret, which would be the notes G and D.
