Reverse picking is a pretty difficult technique. It looks like strumming but it isnt. so for the last 3 strings you would first hit the top of the 3 strings with a down picking then the second one with a down picking. then the last string with an up picking and the second one with an up picking. Then repeat. Thats the best way i can explain it. Its best to watch shane actually doing it
