The song is done in Bb, but for guitar I play it with a capo on the 3rd
fret and in the key of G.  So here it goes

Chorus:
(Bb  Bbsus4  Bbsus4+C  Bbsus4) x4

Verse:
(Cm7  Bb/D  Eb2  F) x4

Chorus
Verse
Chorus

Bridge:
(F  Eb2  Bb/D  Eb2) x4
(Bb/D  Eb2) x2
 Bb/D  Eb2  F


On the guitar with the capo on the 3rd fret, the chords go like so:

Chorus-> Bb=G   Bbsus4=Gsus4    Bbsus4+C=Gsus4+A

Verses-> Cm7=Am7    Bb/D=G/B    Eb2=C2    F=D
